St. Jude Dream Home Showplace construction is underway in Livable Communities by Don Tierney's newest neighborhood, Kilkenny Farms West in Waunakee! The home will be open to the public in June as part of the 2025 Madison Area Parade of Homes. Victory Homes of Wisconsin Inc. and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital broke ground in Kilkenny Farms West this month for the inaugural Madison St. Jude Dream Home Showplace.

Next year's Parade dates are June 14th through June 23rd, 2024 and we will feature Windsor Gardens in Windsor, as well as our newest Livable Community, the Golden Ponds Addition to Westbridge, located in Waunakee.  

Golden Ponds is a new addition to Westbridge, located in Waunakee’s gorgeous northwestern corridor. Our newest addition is surrounded by beautiful countryside. 200+ local students traveled to the Arboretum Village Parade Site in Waunakee for the 8th Annual Career Day at the Madison Area Parade of Homes on May 11!
Students rotated through stations highlighting careers in plumbing, masonry, kitchen & bath design, concrete, smart home automation, and skilled trades education. 
Arboretum Village is one our newest Livable Communities by Don Tierney neighborhood and will feature 3 new homes in the 2022 Parade of Homes.
